ISAGO (IATA Safety Audits for Ground Operational) is the industry largest program for auditing Ground Service Providers (GSP’s), Fixed Based Operators (FBO’s) and airline ground handling departments to an internationally recognized safety standard. It is mandated by several aviation authorities (e. g. Mexico, Egypt, etc.) and airports (e. g. Amsterdam, Seattle, etc.).
ISAGO is valid for two years and requires the verification of documentation (e. g. manuals, handbooks, worksheets, etc.) and implementation (e. g. reports, operational activities, inspections, etc.) in six different disciplines:
- Organization and Management (SMS, QMS, management structure, etc.)
- Load Control
- Passenger and Baggage Handling- Aircraft Handling and Loading
- Aircraft Ground Movement
- Cargo and Mail Handling

Our staff are all qualified ISAGO Lead Auditors with worldwide experience and knowledge of all relevant regulations (e. g. FAA, EASA, ICAO, etc.) and the IATA requirements (e. g. IGOM, AHM, CHM, etc.).
